The scope of this notice
This notice covers the Mira Health information website and general enquiries sent to contact@mirahealth.ca. This website does not currently provide patient accounts, collect clinical questionnaires, process prescriptions or accept payments. A separate, service-specific notice will be provided before clinical enrolment begins.
Information involved in a website visit
Our hosting provider processes ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver and secure the website. The DM Sans font files are served directly from this website, without requests to an external font service.
Search and treatment selectors
Site searches and dose or pack selections are handled in your browser. Search text is not sent to an analytics or advertising service, and this site does not save your selections to a patient record. Treatment pages, health guides, accounts and consultation pages are excluded from optional measurement.
Optional website measurement and cookies
Google Tag Manager manages optional Google Analytics and campaign-measurement tools on selected general-information pages. These tools load only after you choose an optional category in Cookie settings. Google Analytics measures permitted page visits. Meta Pixel and Google Ads measurement, when connected, use the marketing choice. Advertising personalization and automatic form, search and outbound-click collection are disabled. We exclude pages reached with URL queries or from health-specific page referrers. We do not send medical histories, search entries, dose selections, patient identifiers or email content to these tools. Your browser stores your privacy choices for up to 180 days. You can change them using Cookie settings in the footer.
When you contact us
An email link opens your own email application. Your email provider and the mail services used by Mira process the message you choose to send. Keep general enquiries brief and do not include medical history, government identification, payment details or other sensitive information. This inbox is not an emergency service.
Questions about your information
Email contact@mirahealth.ca with privacy questions or a request concerning an enquiry you have sent. Explain the request without adding unnecessary sensitive details. The team may need to verify identity before discussing information associated with a particular person.
Changes as services develop
Clinical and pharmacy providers, any patient-data systems, applicable retention practices and service-specific privacy terms will be identified before the website begins accepting clinical information. This notice will be updated when the actual website or its services change.
